如果您在安装NOD32时候弹出错误提示：
“不能访问windows installer 服务，可能你在安全模式下运行 windows ，或者windows installer 没有正确的安装，请和你的支持人员联系以获得帮助”。
这是因为NOD32  3.0的安装文件采用的是.MSI格式。需要您开启相关的系统服务才能进行安装。
一、请参考下面的步骤操作：
1、鼠标右键单击“我的电脑”---> 管理 ---> 服务和应用程序 ---> 服务。找到““Windows Installer”服务并双击它

2、双击 “Windows Installer”，打开“属性”对话框。在“启动类型”中改为“自动”，并点击服务状态的“启动”按钮。最后点击“应用”“确定”即可。

3、刷新电脑后尝试重新安装NOD32 3.0版本

二、如果参照上述步骤操作后仍无法安装NOD32 3.0版本。请根据您所使用的操作系统版本，重新安装Windows Installer软件（安装后必须重启电脑）:
1、操作系统：Windows2000 SP3+、XP、XP(SP1)、Windows Server 2003
  请使用Windows Installer 3.1， 下载地址：http://down1.eset.com.cn/faqtools/Windows_Installer_3.1_CHS.rar

2、操作系统：XP(SP2)、XP(SP3)
  请使用Windows Installer 4.5，下载地址：http://down1.eset.com.cn/faqtools/Windows_Installer_4.5_For_WinXP_SP2_SP3_CHS.rar

3、操作系统：Windows Server 2003(SP1、SP2)
  请使用Windows Installer 4.5，下载地址：http://down1.eset.com.cn/faqtools/Windows_Installer_4.5_For_WinServer_2003_CHS.rar

4、操作系统：Vista、Vista(SP1)、Windows Server 2008
  请使用Windows Installer 4.5，下载地址：http://down1.eset.com.cn/faqtools/Windows_Installer_4.5_For_Vista_SP1Server_2008_CHS.rar
